About this opportunity
We currently have an opening in our Cologne Office for a new role as Sales Operations Specialist. In this position, you will mainly coordinate between our field sales team and the support departments to improve the service excellence to our customers. You will be contributing to the right implementation of sales programs and initiatives.
In this role, you will…
Be a source of support & solutions
- Ensure the customers receive the best solution / answer as soon as possible
- Develop strong network with HQ and key stakeholders such as marketing, finance, Sales Force
- Isolate recurrent issues, analyze the root cause and develop a process to address them in a timely manner
Be a keeper of information and Customer experience
- Own the sales content knowledge base. Maintain and update relevant content into the platform
- Be the point of contact for VIP customers and follow-up and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Be an agent of change 100% dedicated to the field
- Be the first point of contact for the Sales Team with an ability to understand the challenges faced on field
- Answer to the Territory Manager phone line and manage the dedicated ticket queue
- Collect all the useful information for the Territory Manager and synthesize it through a regular communication toward them
- Guide the Sales Team to resolve issues and connect them with the right point of contact
- Continuously look for ways to improve the internal processes
- Act as support function for DSO (Dental Service Organization) and large accounts where internal support is needed
In this role, you’ll need …
- min. 4 years experience in customer service
- Ideally some sales experience
- A sense of urgency, to be highly organized and have the ability to consistently follow-up
- To be computer literate in using Microsoft Office 365 and be able to quickly learn new software tools
- Ideally basic Salesforce skills / knowledge
- An openness towards continuously learning and improving your skills
- Fluency in the German and English language, French is a plus
